Our one day course offers a structured way to learn to sail for people new to the sport.  You will learn the following:​

Course content:  Hoist and trim a main sail, hoist and trim a head sail, helm to windward, helm downwind and safety onboard

 

Ability after the course:  Basic knowledge of sail trim and helming
